Ecommerce Technical Team Leader

We are a fast growing e-commerce fashion company which is looking to hire a motivated individual to join our technical team team. Full time commitment with above market monthly pay of $650 USD a month for 40 hours work a week.

Our interview process is quite extensive, simply because our standards are high + attention to detail is extremely important in this role. It is technical and very manual. If any of the application steps are not completed in this role you will not be a good fit for our company. If you are a good fit, we offer above market rates and permanent employment. What we can offer is well above market rates for manual technical work performed with 100% correctness.

Here is a summary of the role:

1) The role is very technical and manual and requires a lot of manual clicking, full training will be provided.
2) The application video performs an example task of what you will be doing.
3) Accuracy + correctness is extremely important, we prefer our team members go slowly and get it right rather and rushing and getting it wrong.
4) A video recording of the candidate working to ensure correctness will be required for the initial part of the trial period of the job to verify correctness
5) Previous experience with VPN, registry cleaning, manual clicking on pages will be a bonus.

Applicant must have good communication and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
