AMAZON VA specialing in PPC

I need a PPC expert to help me sell around 500 units of a spice rack (good quality) in the US. The inventory is currently split between the amazon warehouse and a 3PL in the US. I am based in Australia but sell in the US and Australia on Amazon. My Amazon business is currently on pause but l want to start selling again.
So what I need - A new campaign set up for the spice racks on a new seller account and the ongoing monitoring and analysis of PPC ads.
You will need to show examples of successful PPC jobs and have at least 2 referees. You will also need reliable internet. I am based in Brisbane Australia which seems to work well (timezone) with the Philippines.
The hours will initially be based on setting up a campaign and whatever else is identified as needed to get sales going. Then it will be analysing and monitoring the ad sales.
This may end up being an ongoing situation for the right person as I plan to research and launch new products in the next few months.
