A Home Health and Hospice recruitment specialist focuses on recruiting healthcare professionals for both home health care and hospice services. This role combines the need to understand the nuances of both fields, ensuring that the recruited staff can provide high-quality care in patients' homes or in hospice settings. Key responsibilities include:

Candidate Sourcing: Utilizing online job boards, social media, professional networks, and other digital platforms to find potential candidates with specialized skills in home health care and hospice care.

Screening and Interviewing: Conducting virtual interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for roles in both home health and hospice care. Experience with Indeed and Paylocity platform will be a plus!

Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring all necessary certifications, licenses, and background checks are completed, adhering to healthcare regulations.

Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers through virtual communication tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, email, phone, video conferencing, and instant messaging.

Recruitment Marketing: Creating and managing job postings and recruitment campaigns online to attract a wide range of candidates.

Data Management and Reporting: Using HR software to manage candidate data, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports.

Remote Work Advocacy and Reliability: Understanding the dynamics of remote work and being able to assess candidates for their suitability to work in a remote environment, while maintaining a full-time schedule during US work hours.
