As our HR Specialist, you’ll oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring that our tea ---------- mbers are supported and engaged every step of the way.

? What You’ll Do:

Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the hiring process from job postings and interviews to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for tea ---------- mbers, handling queries, resolving issues, and fostering a supportive and respectful workplace.
Performance Management: Assist in the design and implementation of performance review processes, supporting career development and continuous feedback.
Policy & Compliance: Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Culture & Engagement: Organize events, workshops, and initiatives that promote a positive company culture and enhance team engagement.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HR documentation, including contracts, benefits, and payroll coordination.

? You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:

Experience: 1-2 years in HR or a related field, with a track record of managing recruitment, employee relations, and performance processes.
People Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine interest in supporting and understanding team needs.
Organization & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple HR processes with precision, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive approach to handling workplace challenges and resolving issues thoughtfully.
Knowledge of HR Software: Familiarity with HR systems and tools for recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
