ROOFING: Top Reps Make $17/hr + $20 per sit

What We're Looking For:
- Cold calling rockstar with 2+ years in retail and insurance roofing.
- Expert in setting roofing appointments through cold calling.
- Knowledgeable about data sources and industry tools.
- Comfortable with recruiting and building a team for more income opportunities.
- Ambitious and ready to make big bucks.

Compensation:

Agent Pay:
- Less than 1.5 valid appointments/day: $4/hr + $20 per sit.
- 8 valid appointments/week (1.5/day): $5.50/hr + $20 per sit.
- 2 valid appointments/day: $6.50/hr + $20 per sit.
- 3 valid appointments/day: $9.50/hr + $20 per sit.
- 4 valid appointments/day: $12/hr + $20 per sit.
- 5 valid appointments/day: $17/hr + $20 per sit.

Note: To qualify for hourly pay above $4/hr, reps must maintain a minimum 35% show-up rate.

Manager Pay:
- Typically between $5.50 to $6.50/hr.
- Performance-based incentives available after a few months.
