I am a freelance online marketer with over 9 years of online marketing experience, specializing in performance marketing for ecommerce and lead generation accounts since 2019.

I offer end-to-end campaign management for Google and Meta ads. Based in Amsterdam, I work with Dutch clients who run both domestic and international campaigns (primarily in Germany, France, and the UK). Ad budgets range €3k-€20k per month.

As my client base and workload continue to grow, I am looking to build a small team to maintain the high level of service my clients expect.

JOB DESCRIPTION
I am seeking a skilled medior/senior Google Ads specialist to join part-time in an autonomous role. You will be responsible for designing and executing strategies per account, managing result-driven Google Ads campaigns, and optimizing for cost per lead and ROAS targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough research on keywords, competition, customer reviews, and industry trends to inform campaign strategies.

Tracking & Analytics: Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, GA4 tracking, and enhanced conversion tracking to monitor campaign performance.

Campaign Setup & Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve cost per lead or ROAS goals.

Copywriting & Creative: Write compelling ad copy and provide guidance on creative design. Collaborate on landing page copy and design.

Optimization & Reporting: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for better performance. Provide regular performance reports and insights.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on optimizing for ROAS or cost per lead.

SKILLS
Strong proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Merchant Center, feed management tools (e.g., Channable), Google Data Studio (Looker), keyword research tools, and PPC tools.

Qualifications: Google Ads certification preferred.
