JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! We're seeking 2 new Customer Service Representatives to join our email support team for our e-commerce brands.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via email
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Assist with order placements, tracking, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Provide feedback on common issues

Requirements:

- Previous customer service experience (e-commerce preferred)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer-first attitude with empathy and patience
- Familiarity with customer service software and basic computer skills
