Virtual Assistant / Customer Service

We are looking for an experienced virtual assistant who has previously worked with online an e-commerce business or has previous customer service experience online.

This role will involve the following;
• Customer service emails
• Responding to >Facebook comments
• Organising meetings & tasks
• Speaking and coordinating with the team via Skype, Asana, and WeChat
• Inventory management on Google Docs

Skills
• Excellent customer service team
• Good problem-solving skills
• Willing to learn and adapt to the team
• Word, excel, PowerPoint

Required
• English proficient in writing
• Reliable internet connection

The role will mainly involve you answering customer concerns about their order or product. You will be given all the necessary access and training to board this role. The applicant must be fast and effective and have previous experience as a virtual assistant for an online business. A great understanding of English and written English is required as a lot of the work will be completed via email.
