The Role

We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dedicated team. This role combines technical know-how with a customer-centric approach, focusing on how our technology empowers SMBs. As a key player in our growing startup, you'll be responsible for driving product strategy, managing future releases, shaping our marketing approach, and overseeing key operational functions.

Responsibilities

Become an expert on SMB needs and how our technology addresses them.
Lead the development and execution of product strategy and future releases.
Develop and oversee marketing efforts to effectively position our products to target customers.
Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to ensure alignment and execution of company goals.
Leverage AI tools like Instantly.AI to manage cold email campaigns, generate leads, and drive sales.
Manage and analyse lead generation lists to optimise outreach and conversion strategies.
Support the team in achieving a target of 30 customers within the first 90 days.
Handle key operational functions such as resource management, process optimisation, and workflow improvement.
Work with the part-time Operations Executive to maintain smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to company processes.
Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications

A technical university degree (or equivalent experience).
2-3 years of experience in a relevant field (marketing, product management, or similar).
Strong understanding of project management and workflow automation.
Passion for developing innovative solutions with AI.
Technical Skills

AI-powered Content Creation: Utilise tools like copywriting with GPT-3 and visual design with AI to generate high-quality content.
Social Media Savvy: Understand and comply with social media regulations and privacy guidelines.
Video Editing Wizard: Create short, engaging videos using Canva or other online AI tools.
Lead Generation Guru: Leverage AI tools for content generation and understand how to avoid common copywriting pitfalls.
Cold Email Champion: Proven experience with Instantly.AI or similar cold email platforms.
CRM & Lead Management Expertise: Experience with lead generation and CRM management systems.
Tech Whisperer: Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex solutions.
Soft Skills
