JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support the President and the Property Manager. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing schedules, handling communications, and taking charge of new client onboarding processes. This role requires a self-starter with strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the President's calendar, scheduling meetings, and appointments.
Review the President's emails, flagging important messages for attention.
Follow up on potential property owner leads and maintain communications.
Take ownership of the entire new client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
Utilize office technology tools such as Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Excel, Outlook, Zoom, and ZohoCRM for various tasks.
Collaborate effectively with tea ---------- mbers and other departments.
Communicate professionally with stakeholders, including clients, management, and vendors.

Requirements:

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
Proficiency in office technology, including Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Excel, Outlook, Zoom, and ZohoCRM.
Experience in a similar role is required.
Experience in a Property Management company is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills, with experience interacting with various stakeholders.
