JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a part-time Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join our team. This person is expected to do 10-20hrs per week depending on the tasks given (working hours vary between 10 am MST to 3 pm MST).

Responsibilities:
- Monthly Newsletter in Mailchimp:
Create and design a monthly newsletter using Mailchimp to keep clients and leads informed about market updates, new listings, and real estate tips.

- Photo Projects:
Manage photography projects, including scheduling photo shoots, editing images, and organizing photos for listings, marketing materials, and social media.

- Data Entry:
Input and update property listings, client information, and other relevant data into the appropriate databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

- CRM Management:
Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring client information is current, tracking interactions, and managing follow-ups.

- Homebot Entry:
Input client information into Homebot to provide personalized home valuation reports and market insights, keeping clients engaged and informed about their property’s value.

- Special Projects:
Assist with various ad hoc tasks and projects as needed, such as organizing events, conducting market research, and supporting marketing campaigns.

- Canva:
Use Canva to create visually appealing marketing materials, including social media posts, flyers, brochures, and other promotional content.

- Home Anniversaries on Calendar:
Track and record home purchase anniversaries in the calendar to send personalized messages or gifts to clients, enhancing client relationships and retention.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or similar role.
- Previous experience in Canva is a MUST.
- Previous experience in Mailchimp is a MUST.
- Previous experience in Social Media Management, SEO, Google ads, and Facebook ads.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with real estate software and CRM systems.
