About Us:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager/Virtual Assistant to join our team. Representing a professional makeup artist specializing in fashion, advertising, events, and weddings, we need a passionate individual who can enhance our online presence and manage day-to-day administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute a robust content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Create engaging content including reels, TikToks, Instagram posts, stories, and more.
Schedule and manage posts across all social media platforms.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Source new leads and followers to grow our Instagram and TikTok followings.
Analyze social media metrics to track growth and engagement, adjusting strategies as needed.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools to keep our content fresh and innovative.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

Manage email correspondence and client inquiries.
Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and events.
Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support the business.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Excellent content creation skills with a creative eye for detail.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong spoken and written English skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Canva & graphic design
Experience with workflow management such as Dubsado or Honeybook
Experience with Zapier and Flodesk
Passion for the beauty and fashion industry is a plus.
