Job Title: Landing Page Designer – Home Care Agency

a leading home care agency is currently seeking a skilled, creative, and self-motivated Landing Page Designer to join our team. Focusing on providing exceptional care services to our clients, we aim to enhance our online presence through a well-designed and informative landing page. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of home care agency policies and procedures and will be responsible for designing a landing page that effectively represents our brand and services.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with marketing and management teams to gather requirements, objectives, and overall vision for the landing page.
Research home care agency policies and procedures, employee handbooks, and industry best practices to ensure accuracy and compliance in the landing page design.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts and solicit feedback from stakeholders.
Design and create a visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive landing page that highlights our services and aligns with our brand identity.
Ensure seamless integration of the landing page with our existing website, promoting consistent user experience and navigation.
Optimize the landing page for search engines (SEO) and utilize analytics tools to monitor its performance.
Regularly update the landing page to accommodate changes in industry regulations, company policies, or client needs.
Remain current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain an engaging and up-to-date landing page.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in designing and creating landing pages or websites, preferably within the home care industry.
Impressive portfolio showcasing design skills and previous work on landing pages or websites.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
Familiarity with home care agency policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Solid time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Proactive mindset and willingness to take the initiative in driving projects to completion without micromanagement.
