We are looking for a highly organized and insightful Political Research Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with researching Government Affairs in the US, analyzing current events and threat assessments, and handling basic social media management.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth research on Government Affairs and legislative activities in the US.
2. Analyze and interpret current events and their potential implications on our client’s safety.
3. Perform threat assessments related to political developments and government actions.
4. Monitor and track relevant political news and trends.
4. Develop and manage basic social media content to disseminate research findings and engage with the audience.
5. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and policy briefs based on research and analysis.
6. Work closely with the communications team to ensure timely and accurate information dissemination.
7. Keep informed about the latest trends and developments in government affairs and public policy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Keen interest in government affairs and public policy.
Work Hours: Between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
