Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, making outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and handling incoming calls to provide exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to clients to follow up on inquiries, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Document and update customer records based on interactions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Meet performance goals and targets set by the management team.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Proficiency in using customer service software and databases.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
