Online Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and hard working person to become our company’s Online Operations Manager.

We are a sports nutrition company with a simple philosophy: to create powerful supplements by combining Earth-grown nutrients with scientific research. We're not simply trying to compete in the market and sell products. We're here to inspire peak performance and break the mold on outdated supplementation formulas, setting a standard that others seek to follow.

Duties for the job are as follows:
- Replying to customer emails on both e-commerce websites and company email accounts.
- Replying to leads and guiding them through a product promotion process.
- Overlooking inventory levels and calculating reorder dates.
- Creating fulfillment orders for free promotions/some customer orders.
- Addressing negative customer feedback.
- Help with sourcing new products.

Good English skills required - both speaking and writing. Blog/article writing skills are a plus.

Payment will be $450 a month whilst going through the product promotion process. We will likely run this process for one or two months. All other duties will be retained after this period, and we will then reevaluate the salary together. We want it to be as fair as possible! It’s also very likely new tasks will emerge; we are always open to working out fair compensation.
