Job requirements
i. Good English with prior accent reduction training
ii. Availability. We want to be your sole focus and only source of income while working with us. This ensures a higher level of dedication and service.

All responsibilities & tasks
i. Field inbound calls (follow script)
ii. Input information into CRM
iii. Redirect calls to necessary/intended receiver of call
iv. Customer follow-ups
v. Hit target KPIs
vi. Work alongside our operations manager, sales manager, & office administrator
vii. Report to sales manager

Enticing compensation package
i. $4/hr to $5/hr after trial period
ii. Bonuses:
o Hit all KPIs: +$100 monthly (based on 40 hr workweek)
o No CRM mistakes: +$100 monthly (based on 40 hr workweek)
o Eligible for 13th month bonus (if with company over 6 months)
