Client Services Representative

Sagient UK (part of the Kasar Group) is a trusted cleaning and maintenance service delivery partner to the real estate and hospitality industries. Our clients are largely based around London, Kent Essex and Leicester. As a rapidly expanding business, we are looking to increase our team numbers with bright and bold new tea ---------- mbers that will bring new light and energy to the company.

The Client Services Representative will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their issues are resolved promptly. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries
- Provide detailed information about our services including following up and upselling
- Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain accurate client records and update account information
- Process transactions and handle payment issues
- Assist clients with placing orders
- Provide support and troubleshooting assistance
- Monitor client satisfaction and track trends in client feedback
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2 years experience in a customer service role within a sales environment or with requirement to sell products or services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing client needs
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.

This role is advertised at a rate between $350- $600 depending on experience, 5 days a week, 10 hour shifts per day. Immediate Start.
