Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Residential Villa Designer and Engineer to join our team. The project involves designing and engineering a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom residential villa with an elevated foundation. The villa will be constructed using concrete cinder blocks and will operate entirely off-grid.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom residential villa with an elevated foundation.
- Develop detailed engineering plans for concrete cinder block construction.
- Ensure all designs are suitable for off-grid living, including integration of sustainable energy solutions.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure designs meet all specifications and requirements.
- Provide regular updates and adjustments based on feedback.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential villa design and engineering.
- Proficiency in architectural and engineering software.
- Strong understanding of concrete cinder block construction techniques.
- Knowledge of off-grid living systems, including solar, wind, and water management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
