Job Title: Marketing Manager (Full ---------- -time)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Manager to join our team. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing our agency’s visibility and fostering partnerships within the community. This position can be either full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate’s availability and preference.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy and Management:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create compelling content, schedule posts, and engage with our audience to promote our nanny placement services and community involvement.
2. Email Marketing:
• Plan, write, and schedule email marketing campaigns to our client base and partner organizations.
• Develop engaging topics and content that resonate with our audience, highlighting our services and community initiatives.
3. Job Posting and Data Management:
• Post job openings on various platforms such as Indeed and manage applicant information in our database.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of job postings and applicant communications.
4. Community Engagement and Outreach:
• Research local events in specific neighborhoods focused on children’s activities.
• Reach out to event organizers to explore sponsorship opportunities and volunteer engagements for our caregivers.
5. Partnership Development:
• Identify and research local realtors selling homes within specific neighborhoods and price ranges.
• Initiate and manage email communications to establish partnerships aimed at providing nanny services for new homeowners.
• Coordinate outreach to churches, law offices, financial advisors, and private schools to discuss corporate care partnerships.
6. Administrative Support and Follow-up:
• Facilitate the creation and approval process of promotional emails from partner organizations.
• Schedule and manage follow-up meetings with partners, including wedding planners, doulas, and realtors.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
