Web designer

Our growing company is looking for a Web Designer to help support our Customers’ business needs.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and other designers to create exceptional experiences that span from initial concept to successful implementation.
- Develop visual prototypes of proposed solutions at varying levels of detail, including high-level wireframes, conceptual designs, design presentations, and detailed specifications.
- Create various types of content, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, and product descriptions.
- Utilize insights from analytics and customer interactions to help guide business and design decisions.
- Contribute to initiatives to scale experience design standards and streamline design processes.
Participate in and lead design-thinking exercises to promote cross-functional collaboration and tackle complex design challenges.
- Assist the development team in maintaining a consistent brand voice by showing on the website content and design.
You must have:
- At least 2 years of experience in website designing
- Proven experience defining product strategy and vision
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to drive results in a collaborative environment
- Can work from SUN-THU during Eastern business hours
