Customer Relations Associate

As a Customer Relations Associate for our t-shirt printing company, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls, creating quotes, and managing email communications. Your role is pivotal in ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients. English proficiency is required for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, and general assistance.
Create accurate and timely quotes for t-shirt printing orders based on customer specifications and requirements.
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via email, text, and online orders, providing relevant information and resolving issues effectively.
Required to manage Shopify e-commerce, sales, orders, and production.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including quotes, orders, and communications, using our CRM system (Go Portal Pro).
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with orders and address any additional needs or concerns.
Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and order processing.
English proficiency is required to effectively communicate and interact with customers and tea ---------- mbers.
Utilize graphic design skills to create and modify design files, ensuring designs meet customer expectations and are print-ready.
