Webmaster experienced in creating an online store

I represent a charity that rehabilitates US veterans who are homeless or suffering from PTSD. The charity needs an e-store. I have purchased a store-building tool called eMart Hub Builder but it is too complicated for my limited IT knowledge. I’m seeking someone who can utilize the tools provided, load some products for sale and place the finished site on my computer.

Since the charity has no current income, I will be financially responsible for this project. I'm hoping to find someone who will work with me on an ongoing basis and benefit mostly after the holidays.
