Criteria for editors:
- Major in Journalism/ Mass communication is preferred.
- At least 2 years experience working for US-based online news publication is a must.
- Knowledgeable in SEO skills and AP style.
* Professional editor experience: 2 years.
* Writers to be managed by editor: 6.
- Has good personal communication skills and know how to manage and give guidance to writers.
- Familiar to the content demanded by American Internet readers to provide good article topics to writers.
* Check for: text/facts/plagiarism/copyright issues to public articles (text, photos, etc.).
* Time sensitivity: punctual. Update web page on-time.
* Topic sensitivity: familiar with popular articles & social media in American & portal websites. * Work ethic: open to feedback; commit to this website.
* PV expected: 1k to 10k (total per day per writer).
* Wage: $400 and up per month.
