JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as E-commerce Customer Support, handling both email and phone support.

Requirements:

Experience in Customer Service Roles: Previous experience in customer service is preferred, with a bonus if you have worked in an e-commerce setting. Your ability to connect with customers is key!

Knowledge of Gorgias, Shopify, and Zendesk (Preferred)

Inbound and Outbound Support: You should be comfortable handling inbound emails and calls. There might be occasional outbound calls, so flexibility is a key trait we're looking for.

Problem Solver: We need someone who thrives in solving customer issues. Your ability to think on your feet and provide solutions is crucial.

Reliability is essential: We're looking for tea ---------- mbers who show up consistently and are committed to providing excellent support.
