Requirements:
Experience in Customer Service Roles: Previous experience in customer service is preferred, with a bonus if you have worked in an e-commerce setting. Your ability to connect with customers is key!
Knowledge of Gorgias, Shopify, and Zendesk (Preferred)
Inbound and Outbound Support: You should be comfortable handling inbound
Problem Solver: We need someone who thrives in solving customer issues. Your ability to think on your feet and provide solutions is crucial.
