Mortgage website blog

I need a mortgage website that is wordpress based and it needs to have blog features and be optimized for SEO with Google Maps also, google analytics, etc.

Here is a site (of my friend Sean Young) that I want to copy as much as possible. So a very similar format and feel.

Also, I also need Landing pages built that would also included blog features and be optimized for SEO with Google Maps also, google analytics, etc..

I need someone who I can hire part time monthly to help with various SEO and website building. So i am not just looking for a one time job, but need someone ongoing who can speak good English.
