Full-time Content Creator and Personal Assistant

We are looking to hire a talented, hard-working and versatile candidate to become a trusted part of our team to help grow our businesses. The ideal candidate is in for the long haul and recognizes that they can become an integral part of each new business we launch. When we succeed and grow, they will be compensated just the same as the business owners. The most crucial traits that we are looking for are DRIVE and being a SELF STARTER.

This role will be focused on helping across multiple arms of the business including but not limited to content creation and social media management, sales support/lead generation, and personal assistant tasks.

To qualify for the position, you will need experience in the following:
1. Social media management
2. Photo/video editing (Tiktok, Capcut, Instagram, etc.)
3. Lead generation/sales research
4. Personal assistant experience
5. Proficiency with AI/ChatGPT, Slack, Telegram, and project management tools

This role will start part-time (20 hours/week), and move to full-time (40 hours/week) once the employee passes the probation period. This role hours are flexible for the most part, but at least 2 hours per day must overlap with my hours.

Compensation will start at $650 USD/month and move to $750/month following probation. You will be working directly with the owner of the business. This role has significant upside with performance-based salary increases, commission and revenue share. Earn up to $2,500 per month based on performance. If we win, you win.
