Customer Support

We are looking for a customer support agent for our e-commerce store. We expect you to reply to customer emails, monitor >>Facebook comments and reply to Facebook messages from customers.
Looking for someone who is willing to listen and learn as we go, adapting to our demands.
Of course we’d also require a good level of English as all of our customers are English speakers.
