SEO & Listing Optimization: Utilize SEO best practices to improve product discoverability and ranking.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics to inform strategies and report on progress and ROI.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, feedback, and resolving issues promptly to maintain high ratings and customer satisfaction.
Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure all activities comply with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
Amazon PPC: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Amazon PPC campaigns.
Financial Management: Closely monitor expenses and Amazon fees, and find glitches.


Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant specializing in Amazon marketplace management.
