Job description?
1.Provide VIP-class service to our value customer
2.Handle and resolve all requirements asked by the customer
3.Coordinate with internal dept. to resolve customer’s requirement (Complaint, Reservation, Opinion collecting)
4.Maintain good relationship with our value customer
5.Improve customer engagement through providing service to our value customer
6.Invite our value customer to company’s events.
7.Collect customer’s information (preference, basic info)
8.Handle all assignments from supervisor
Job requirement?
1.Build up excellent cooperation with partner dept.
2.Necessary of shifting work and overtime
3.Ability of Korean and English language (Mandarin is a plus)
4.Ability of customer service, organization and communication
5.Obey company regulation and policy
6.Work to the requirements of regulations and rules of the company, perform and take the responsibilities for the position
