The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Remote Listing & Travel Expert with a strong background in the travel industry, particularly with platforms such as Viator, GetYourGuide, Klook, TripAdvisor, Airbnb Experience, ToursByLocals etc.

Responsibilities:

Platform Management:

- Manage and optimize our tour listings on platforms like Viator, GetYourGuide, Klook, TripAdvisor, Airbnb Experience, and ToursByLocals.
- Navigate (the the annoying) sign up processes for new platforms.
- List and update tours accurately to maximize visibility and bookings.

Client Communication:

- Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, explaining tour options and differences.
- Maintain almost 24/7 availability for last-second bookings and urgent inquiries (planned time off is okay).

Booking Organization:

- Organize and coordinate bookings with 4-6 tour guides.
- Ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.

Expertise:

Extensive experience in a travel-related company, specifically with the platforms mentioned. (Or similar)
- Superior organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and handle high-pressure situations.
- The bar is high for this role. We are looking for someone with more experience in this field than I have myself.
