Assistant and Accountant

Nightlife Company -Looking for someone who is very organized and knows how to sell.
We take care of clients in Las Vegas every week by setting up VIP Bottle Service for our clients at all the Nightclubs and Beachclubs. We also set up transportation for our clients. We are a sales team of Senior level VIP Hosts and seasoned promoters.

This is a Hybrid position of being a sales rep, assistant, and accountant.

List of duties
Collect sales data and Send Weekly Sales Report to the sales team
Send Invoices
Create SOPS

communicate with customers via text
Sell bottle service and guest list
Set up clients transportation
Respond to website and social media leads
Send Weekly thank you texts to customers
Send out updated pricing and deposit links to sales team
Answer business phone texts

Very good with excel or google sheets

basic Graphic design skills
