Paralegal (Law School Grad) with Experience Working in US Employment Law Firms

This is a full-time role as a Remote PARALEGAL. The paralegal will work on all aspects of California employment law, including drafting and preparing demand letters, pleading documents, conducting legal research, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, and providing overall support for attorneys.

Qualifications:
- Strong background in DRAFTING letters, creating damage tables, pleadings, and motions is required.
- Familiarity with PAGA (Private Attorneys General Act) and class actions is required.
- Experience as a paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department in employment law (recommended but not required if you can demonstrate the ability to quickly become proficient in employment law).
- Previous experience working with a US law firm is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree and ABA-approved paralegal program OR Juris Doctorate in the Philippines.
- Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to conduct legal research.
