Responsibilities:
- Create and manage TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Shops & Ads
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and ad campaigns.
- Analyze analytics to optimize performance and ROI.
- Ensure detailed-oriented management of shops and campaigns.
- Foster transparency in all operations and communications.
- Meet deadlines punctually and drive towards set goals and milestones.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Work independently and efficiently without constant supervision.
- Handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while staying budget-conscious.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Capcut, and Photoshop for content creation and editing.

Requirements:
- Expertise in one or all of the following... TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Shops.
- Understand Pixels, Tracking, and Analytics
- Proficiency in Shopify, Wordpress/WooCommerce, and/or Wix platforms.
- Proven track record in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently as needed.
- Prior experience managing teams and campaigns.
- Budget management skills and a focus on cost-effective solutions.
- Attention to detail
