Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads, including expired listings and for sale by owner leads.
- Contact listing agents to set up
- CRM KV core
_appointments and coordinate property viewings.
_ calling the listing agent and making an appointment for clients
- Communicate with various stakeholders, home inspectors, appraisers, and bankers.
- Create and implement follow-up strategies to maintain relationships with clients.
- Develop and execute different mailers to engage potential clients.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a positive personality.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday 25-30 hours week Eastern time

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the real estate industry, specifically in lead generation and sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Stronger phone, and computer skills
- Strong internet services
- Strong skills with social media
