Acquisitions Associate

Schedule: Pacific Time - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (with 30 minutes lunch break)

Position Overview: Middleton Properties is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales closer for real estate (Acquisitions Associate) to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client satisfaction.

Salary & Benefits:
* Hourly Rate: $8-$10 (with performance-based bonuses and commissions after the second month)
Preferred Payment Method: Payoneer through OLJ

Requirements:
1. Must have at least 3 years sales/closing experience, can show proven track record and be prepared to talk about specific numbers
2. American Accent, must be able to build rapport, understand jokes, have high level/meaningful conversations fluidly
3. Proficiency in real estate software and tools
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Desire to improve by ongoing sales training(provided)
9. Must have a strong internet connection, a professional work environment, a PC without background noise interruptions, and a dependable wifi connection.
10. Previous experience negotiating price reductions and handling common seller objections without losing rapport.
11. High level of responsibility, reliability, and accountability.
