This role involves providing regular updates on specific accounts, investigating the reasons for cancellations, and assessing the performance of sales representatives. The successful candidate will also be responsible for improving communication processes, reviewing and consolidating data, and mapping historical trends. Additionally, the position requires conducting audits and creating dynamic visual reports to present findings and insights on attrition rates and other key metrics.
