Social Media Manager/Virtual Assistant

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Social Media Manager/Virtual Assistant to help grow our business and social media presence. This role involves creating and posting content on our Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram pages, planning and scheduling content, responding to posts and DMs, and growing our social media following. Additionally, you will monitor emails, update our calendar, manage our CRM, send emails to candidates and clients, source candidates for clients, and set up interviews. This position requires weekly meetings and constant communication with our lead generator as we grow.

Job Details:

Duration: 2-month (60-day) contract with potential for permanent employment based on results
Hours: 15 hours/week
Rate: $6.00/hour, with potential for an increase after 60 days based on performance
Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Create and post content on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
Plan and schedule content
Respond to posts and DMs
Grow social media presence
Virtual Assistant Tasks:

Monitor and respond to emails
Update calendar with important events and tasks
Update CRM
Send emails to candidates and clients
Source candidates for clients
Set up interviews
