Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HDR Photo Editor for real estate photography. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hand blending HDR photos using Photoshop and be able to provide examples of their work. This role involves adjusting white balance, framing, cropping to make verticals straight, performing other touch-ups, and occasionally removing objects from images.

ALSO, if you have experience with SPIRO I'm looking to migrate over to this site for my Real Estate Photo/Video Business. Would be interested in someone who is knowledgeable with this software and can assist in setting this up for me.

Responsibilities:

Hand blend multiple exposures of real estate photos to create high-quality HDR images.
Adjust white balance, framing, and crop to ensure verticals are straight.
Perform additional touch-ups and object removal as needed.
Ensure a 12-hour turnaround time for each HDR image.
Sort and organize files after photoshoots.
Select the best images to meet a specified number set by the client, and remove any mistake photos.
Organize the final photos in a logical viewing order that makes sense for presentation.
Requirements:

Proven experience in hand blending HDR photos using Photoshop.
Ability to adjust white balance, framing, and cropping for real estate photos.
Proficiency in touch-ups and object removal.
Strong organizational skills to sort and manage files effectively.
Must provide examples of previous HDR photo editing work.
Must be able to deliver a 12-hour turnaround time for each HDR image.
Reliable and able to handle a flexible workload.
Compensation:

$1 per HDR image.
Lower rate for drone photos, as only one exposure per drone photo is required.
