Senior Blockchain Engineer

We are looking for a SENIOR BLOCKCHAIN ENGINEER to join our team for a long-term collaboration.
We aim to develop a production-grade algorithmic trading platform but we are currently facing issues due to the departure of our previous developer (we lost connection with him unfortunately). The ideal candidate should resolve the existing problem and then proceed with the web3/blockchain aspects of the project.
Skills and Qualifications
Education:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in the blockchain or full-stack project development, with at least 4 years as a leader developer.
- Demonstrated experience in operational management, strategic planning, and business development.
Skills:
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Solidity, C++, or Phyton, deep understanding of blockchain technology
- Deep knowledge of cryptography and cybersecurity principles
- Problem-solving, and project management skills
Personal Attributes:
- Strategic thinker with excellent organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
