Job Description:
Leads sourcing team to efficiently find leads
Interview, Hire, Onboard, Train, & Coach sourcing team.
Provide feedback and collaborate new ideas.
Source profitable leads using various sourcing methods.
Submit leads to a Google Sheet.
Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and initiative in identifying new sourcing opportunities independently.

Requirements:
Expert in SellerAmp, Keepa, Google Sheets
Experience in online arbitrage and product sourcing.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication.
Independent, Detail-oriented with strong organizational, and time management.
Reliable internet and home office setup.
