At EnChroma we make the world’s first eyeglasses that offer color blind people a chance to experience color more like the rest of us. If you have seen one of the many viral videos our customers produce documenting what their newfound sense of color means to them you will understand what we mean.

We are hiring for the Remote Customer Support Agent position, with an emphasis on voice and phone work.

Customer Support Agents are the front-line of interaction between EnChroma and customers around the world. The CS Agent assists customers over the phone and via email with urgent order issues, returns, account setup, complaints and warranty requests. Also business customers, like eye doctors, with orders as well.

The role will additionally involve supporting business processes thorough data research and entry, use of Excel and Google Analytics.
Reports to: Customer Support Manager, California USA

Requirements:
3 years Customer Support experience:
English: C1
40 hrs/wk
Must have a stable, professional, quiet, remote workspace with good internet.
