ISA / Cold Caller for real estate marketing company

Seeking an inside sales agent/appointment setter / cold caller for our growing real estate marketing company.

compensation:
$4 - $8.50 CAD / hour (based on experience)
PLUS additional $100 CAD commission on closed deals you bring in through cold calls

The Job Tasks Include:
- cold calling realtors to book appointments
- taking inbound calls from leads and booking them into the calendars of clients
- using social media to message realtors and grow following (we will provide the account)

Requirements:
- Ability to work during business hours (9am - 5pm) in Eastern Standard Time
- Fluent in English ( American accent or British accent)
- Experience as an ISA / appointment setter / or cold caller
- Experience in real estate is preferred
- Fast and reliable internet connections to make calls from
