Job Description: Social Media Assistant


Compensation $800 - $1100 USD per month based on experience


We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and scheduling social media content, responding to comments, analyzing social media analytics, and managing/running Facebook Manager paid ads (Meta). The Social Media Assistant will work closely with the Content Creator and Graphics team to create engaging content that resonates with our audience.



Below are some examples of what the social media assistant will need to do:



• Create and schedule Evergreen Tweets.

• Assist with scheduling for other weekly tweets and manually posting to Instagram and scheduling to TikTok.

• Learn how to bulk post with a CSV file on Agora Pulse and use their site and services to the best of their ability.

• Review Agora Pulse for analytics and update Protocols Monthly

• Assist with creating various types of content for multiple platforms.

• Learn Agora Pulse and cross-site/3rd party platform features.

• Doing research using AI & other methods

• Must have an eye for design to create eye-catching content such as ---------- s and video media.

• Proactively engage with and respond to comments across multiple platforms, including X, Facebook (FB), TikTok, and Instagram, while also adapting content strategies to resonate effectively with each platform

• Managing our Facebook Business Manager and running paid ads

• Can listen to Instruction from the Team Leader& complete tasks in a timely manner

• Willing to work with a team of likeminded people who is also a team player & can hand tasks in on time




Requirements:

• Average to High Expertise in Marketing and Communication

• 2+ years of experience in social media management.

• MUST have experience in Managing/Running FB Manager Paid Ads (Meta)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficient in social media platforms, including X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Knowledge of social media analytics tools, including AgoraPulse.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience Utilizing AI

• Copywriting and Social Media Marketing (SMM) experience

• Familiarity with Social Media Analytics tools.

• Must be able to provide a comprehensive portfolio showcasing previous social media work and achievements.

• Creative and innovative mindset.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Police background check
