Film Booking Officer

About Us:
We are a global film distributor based in Australia, specializing in empowering communities to host screenings of impactful films, driving conversations and change worldwide. This role starts as a remote position.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Film Booking Officer to coordinate and manage the booking of screenings for important films in cinemas and venues across ANZ and around the world. This role is pivotal in ensuring our films reach diverse audiences and facilitate meaningful discussions. The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and spoken English skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the film industry. You should also be a fast learner and be prepared to

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage Cinema bookings for cinema screenings, virtual events, and venue-based screenings.
Communicate with cinemas, venues, and event organizers to ensure smooth execution of screenings.
Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, and communications.
Support the marketing team with promotional activities and outreach.
Utilize tools such as CRM (Active Campaign, GoHighlevel), social media, and lead generation platforms to manage bookings and track performance.
Provide excellent customer service to partners, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements:
Immediate start,
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Impeccable written and spoken English skills.
Experience with Social Media Platforms
Experience with Google Suite of Tools
Experience in bookings of some sort, event coordination, or a related field.
Proficiency with CRM systems (experience with GoHighlevel is a bonus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A good computer with a strong internet connection.
Flexibility on working hours early start / early finish - 6am PH start time.
A keen interest in the film industry and a passion for driving social change.
