YouTube Thumbnail Designer IMMEDIATE start

We're an Australian based startup and are looking for a thumbnail designer who has a track record of having achieved at least 7%-10%% CTR on YouTube thumbnails.

To apply for this role please do the following:

1. Send through samples of thumbnails you've created with the CTR on that same file
2. Use the words "Superstar thumbnail creator in the application"
3. Look through our YouTube channel and tell us which 3 videos you'd change the thumbnails on and why. A sample of the thumbnail you'd create (mockup is fine) would be very beneficial

We pay well if you achieve results.
