Who We Are Looking For

We seek experienced sales professionals with at least two years of success in direct sales within the renewable energy, solar, air conditioning, and heat pump industries. Only applicants with relevant experience will be considered.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Contact every lead multiple times a day
Present savings and influence customers to choose our brand
Produce 1-5 sales per week, earning at least $400 - $1000 per week
Handle common objections and build trustworthy relationships with customers
Educate customers on switching from gas to electric heat pumps
Close every deal on the table
What We Are Looking For

Proven sales professionals; we seek the best
Commission-only or hourly experts with a history of success in similar roles
Ambitious individuals willing to work diligently
Availability for at least five days a week, with potential for flexible hours or remote work after the first month
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ideal candidates will have solar or VEU experience and at least 3-5 years of successful direct telephone sales experience
All current consultants have years of experience selling high-end solar or energy-efficient products
