Work Hours for this position:
During Training - 8:30am to 5:30pm PST (Los Angeles Time)
After training is complete - 8:30am to 5:30pm EST (New York Time)

USA Import Operation Specialist Requirements:
• Experience in Ocean and Air Import operation in US
• Oversee shipping process, arranging and following up shipments
• Coordinating and ensuring productivity, providing guidance and support
• Customer service, maintaining and improving customer relationships
• Communication with different vendors (steam ship lines, Customs broker, warehouse and trucker)
• Overall support with shipping process
• Issue arrival notice, freight invoice and other documentation.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong responsibility
• Fluent in English
• Moderate skills of MS Word, Excel and other MS office Suite
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task
• Able to work under US time zone
