Call Center Operations Specialist

Looking to hire a call center operations specialist to streamline our outbound cold calling, nurturing, live transfer, KPI tracking overall process. Responsibilities will include setting up and creating SOPs around the company wide dialer system, list management / uploading, list recycling and cleaning, call recordings and reviews, IVR and call routing.
