Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented QA Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in mobile web and native mobile app testing on Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing financial applications, project management tools, and billing systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our mobile applications through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for mobile web and native mobile applications on Android and iOS.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to identify and document defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to ensure high-quality product releases.
- Conduct thorough testing of financial, project management, and billing applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with business requirements.
- Utilize automation tools and frameworks to enhance the testing process and improve efficiency.
- Report and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues promptly.
- Participate in requirement reviews, design reviews, and provide input on testability and quality.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in QA testing, specifically in mobile web and native mobile app testing on Android and iOS.
- Proven experience in testing financial applications, project management tools, and billing systems.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in using testing tools such as Appium, Selenium, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
